INOVATEK INC. is actively seeking qualified and experienced vendors to join our network for the design, supply, installation, and commissioning of advanced Management and Engineering systems. Compliance and Legal Considerations
The relevant International Operation INOVATEK (INOVATEK INC.) will use the information provided in this Vendor form to review and achieve compliance with Guyanese and international anti-corruption and fair competition laws and principles, including:
- The Criminal Law of the Republic of Guyana
- The United Nations Convention Against Corruption
- Various Development Bank Integrity Compliance Guidelines
Completion of this Vendor form is mandatory. You may have rights to amend the information contained herein after delivery. If you have any questions or concerns, please consult with your local Company contact.
Definition of a Public Official
A “Public Official” should be broadly interpreted and includes the following:
- Officials, employees, representatives of governments, and any other person acting on behalf of a government (or otherwise authorized to act under official right).
- Officials, employees, or representatives of public international organizations.
- Political party officials or members of royal families who exercise public authority.
- Officials and employees of public enterprises, which are enterprises over which a government or governments exercise, directly or indirectly, a controlling or dominant influence.
Important Notes
NOTE: If the Supplier has submitted the Vendor form within the past twelve months, it is not necessary for the Supplier to complete a new Vendor form. Instead, it is sufficient if the Supplier updates earlier answers with any new information that has arisen during the intervening period (e.g., change in ownership, address, etc.) and certifies continued compliance with applicable laws.
